We stand by our products 100% and if for any reason you’re unhappy with any of the products you receive, they can be returned for an exchange, refund or credit note.  Kindly advise us via email within 7 days of receiving the item.  Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original undamaged packaging including all tags. If you purchased a large rug on a roll, it is important that it is returned on the roll.  If you have problems arranging a courier to return the item, please contact us and we will arrange one for you at your cost.  

Sale items can’t be returned, replaced or given a credit note.

In the situation where the item you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

When returning items we suggest you use a trackable service as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items. Please also ensure the items are properly packed as a return will not be accepted if the goods are damaged during transit. 

All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item are to be paid by the customer.  Credit notes/refunds will be issued for the total purchase less shipping costs that were incurred by us.  Given your location this amount can vary from the flat rate charged.


Items that are currently in stock will be sent within 2 days from placing your order.  We will contact you immediately if your order can not be fulfilled due to be being out of stock. 

As we use couriers for most items, please ensure you place your order with a street address.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent. If you have not received your order within 7 business days from shipping, please advise us and we can investigate.

Stock Availability

Generally if a product is displayed on our website then it is in stock.  Sometimes though glitches occur and the product availability hasn’t updated correctly.  If you order a product and this happens, we will be in contact as soon as possible.

If you see a product “sold out” and you’d like to order it, please either contact us at (more than likely stock is on it’s way and we can advise when it will be back in stock) or alternatively, you can order online by adding the product to your cart when it displays “available on backorder”.  We will contact you with an ETA on when the product is due to be shipped.
